For over the years, CHILDREN’S BETTER LIFE PROGRAM, INC. (CBLPI) has continued to be one of Pampanga’s aid and development agency and charitable institution. Operating as a non-profit organization for children, they rely on the generosity of family, friends, companies and some local officials to raise funds to support underprivileged children’s educational needs. They sponsor school supplies and food and even provide livelihood projects for the children’s parents.

Headed by its founder Miss Reabelle Damasco, CBLPI organizers along with 50 kids had a fun and exciting day in Clearwater Resort last August 10, 2019. The event was organized and hosted by Jade Wang, daughter of Clearwater Resort’s CEO and Vice President, Mr. Denny Wang and Atty. Nimfarina Cristobal-Wang, with the help of their close friends and resort’s staff.


The kids’ special day was overflowing with surprises, meals & snacks, gifts and games. The kids were running wild and free with their loud cheers and uncontrollable laughter as they dip into the Family Cove Pool accentuated by colorful inflatables. A big inflatable bouncy castle was prepared for the kids at the resort’s Peninsula where they played, jumped and bounced with extreme delight and happiness. Delectable hot meals and snacks were also served for the kids at the Brunello Function Room. The kids also showcased their talents through song and dance numbers. Even Jade Wang shared her singing prowess through her own rendition of “Moon River” and “Tomorrow”. Jade also introduced her hedgehogs to the kids who at first were scared to touch its spines. But with the help of Jade, they got accustomed to these cute pets. The program ended with an inspiring speech from Atty Nimfarina Wang and a heartfelt song from the kids.

We were blessed to share a day with these kids. Their smiles and laughter’s were priceless. Their faces beaming with joy. Their overwhelming gratitude to all the staff. No amount of money can compensate this rewarding experience we had with them which will live in our hearts forever.

Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), is the executive department of the Government solely vested with the mandate to be the “State’s engineering and construction arm”, and as such, it is tasked to maintain an engineering and construction arm and continuously develop its technology, for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all infrastructure facilities and securing for all public works and highways the highest efficiency and the most appropriate quality in construction.


 

The DPWH Region III Central Office in San Fernando, Pampanga, recently held their teambuilding activity in Clearwater Resort Clark Pampanga last December 7-8, 2018 attended by 235 participants.  They simultaneously held their activity along with their Christmas Party.

 

The newly built Discovery Hall of the resort served as their venue for their activity. The event went on very smoothly with their properly coordinated programme and well organized activities. After the whole day teambuilding, they also had the chance to experience the relaxing feel and ambiance of the hotel as they enjoyed their free time late in the afternoon.

They had their day tour team-building in Clearwater Resort and Country Club last July 07, 2019.  It was participated by almost 170 employees of the company from their admin, executive and sales department. Their slogan “Eager, Edify, Excel” aims to instill the sense of teamwork among their employees by understanding each other’s strengths, weaknesses and interests.

Visit Hedgehogs in Resort in Clark Pampanga

Visitors who have visited Clearwater Resort in Clark Pampanga and enjoyed the laidback lifestyle around the beautiful lake of Clark Freeport will now have something more to greet them. The staff of this resort in Clark have added six members to the roster. These little creatures are some of the friendliest you will find on Earth, despite the intimidating quills on their small backs.

Seen recently at Clearwater Resort in Clark are six (African Pygmy) hedgehogs, two of them were just 2-month old. The first group of visitors to enjoy their company were a children home from Tarlac. A group of some 45 children whose age ranged from age 6 to 14 were invited to spend a day at this resort in Clark Philippines as part of the charity efforts of this resort. The hedgehogs were brought in to meet the children and played with them for half an hour.

The hedgehogs live in a special habitat created by the resort for them. Protected from natural predators like birds of prey, cats and dogs these cute little creatures enjoy a fairy-tale childhood, free to grow up in as natural and peaceful an environment as possible. Last April 14-16,2019 DepEd La Union had their teambuilding and seminar in Clearwater Resort Clark Pampanga.Education in the Philippines has undergone several stages of development from the pre-Spanish times to the present.
