TOYOTA Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational automative manufacturer which is ranked as the 6th largest company in the world. It is the world’s market leader in sales of hybrid electric vehicles.

TOYOTA’s branch in Isabela, Philippines (TOYOTA ISABELA, INC.) had their corporate teambuilding in Clearwater Resort Clarkfield Pampanga last April 22-23, 2017. Approximately 125 participants joined the event, including their administrative staff, operations and sales team. The management hold a teambuilding for the employees to boost the self esteem, teamwork and efficiency of the staff. More often, as we are indulged in our own careers, we lose the ability to have fun and enjoy as we are focused in assuring that work is done and completed. TOYOTA believes that their staff become less effective on the job when they are unhappy with their work, so this teambuilding has been very helpful.

The Peninsula, one of the outdoor venues offered by the hotel, served as their venue for their games and teambuilding activities. The Peninsula offers a variety of facilities frequently used in teambuilding exercises. It is adjacent to the Famiy Cove Swimming pool and offers a sense of privacy to big groups like TOYOTA. The venue can also be incorporated with other adjacent venues like the Ampitheatre and the Frolic Garden to cater to a larger group. The Peninsula is also highly recommended for company outings, school picnics, awarding ceremonies, wedding receptions, alfresco dinner or socials and even baptismal events.

The event was a huge success as commented by some of the staff and the participants thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
