The two-villa duplex is located at the front entrance of Clearwater Resort, about 50 meters from the Park Café. The duplex is slightly elevated giving the veranda in front of the two rooms a good view of the resort’s lake.
There is a private access from parking area which increases it level of privacy. In front of the building is a private lawn garden enclosed by white picket fence.

Exec Villa 312 – PHP 14,000
311 has a king-size bed plus a private office with a window looking out towards the lake. It has a pantry with a 6-foot refrigerator. Bathroom is spacious and sports an overhead rain-shower.
312 has two beds – one queen and one single – with a spacious bathroom complete with a tub. Like 311 it also has a pantry and a full-size refrigerator. 312 also has a 4-seat dining/working table.
