Department of Education \u2013 Division of Mabalacat City convened key education leaders, policy makers and other stakeholders in their recent Summit held in Clearwater Resort Clark Pampanga last December 3-4, 2018. The summit was organized as a platform to discuss how new policies, plans and strategies could be developed or strengthened.
