Philippines Department of Education (DEPED) Region 3 Division of Olongapo City recently conducted their \u201cGender and Development Seminar\u201d in a nature Resort inside Clark Freeport of Pampanga. The event was organized by White Dove Travel, a well known event organizer and travel agency in Pampanga.
